No one should have to buy what they don't like. Refunds and Replacements have never been easier!
Deliveries are generally done within 72hrs after orders are placed. Orders from Lagos and surrounding states are likely to be delivered on the same day (after 72hrs) or next. Sometimes, items are briefly out of stock in which case we restock before you know it, however in some rare situations, we are unable to restock. In this case we will offer you an alternate. This rarely happens.

Any item that you don't like can be returned. A return slip is added to all order packages. Information on your reason for return and a prompt for either a replacement or refund are to be completed on the slip. Items should be returned within 48hrs to the nearest store except otherwise discussed.
