Returning an Unwanted Item
We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. If so, you may return it under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and unaltered.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Delivery Refunds
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Original Condition Requirements
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
You are welcome to try items on as you would in a store, but items must not be worn beyond fitting.
Any item returned in a worn (Fragrance on item), damaged, or unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back at your expense.

Late Returns
Returns outside the 14-day window may not be accepted. If accepted under exceptional circumstances, refunds will be at BAFashion’s discretion.
Fair Use Policy
To protect our business, we monitor return patterns. We reserve the right to:

Refuse returns that show signs of misuse

Decline refunds for worn or altered items

Block accounts involved in suspicious or excessive return activity
Legal action may be taken in cases of fraud or abuse.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will resolve the issue promptly.
