The job is simple. We make sure orders flow in the correct order and on schedule. We make sure; 1. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis, prioritizing orders that have been delayed in any part of the process. 2. Vendors are well coordinated and properly informed regarding product details and specifications. 3. Vendors are always adequate for scale of operations. 4. Vendors are retrained when skills seem to be falling off. 5. Quality of work is good enough to pass through the quality control assessment. 6. Passed items are packed and handed to the delivery team accurately. 7. Work environment is well organized and conducive for productive work. This role requires documenting progress manually and digitally, tracking vendor progress physically, taking necessary action and decisions as regards vendors operations.
